On Being Enough

Jul 7, 2025

I’ve noticed that most people tend to act from a sense of not being enough. Their goals and motivations are tied up in a narrative in which they feel compelled to prove their worth. Although this perceived lack can be a powerful driver of achievement, it is not the foundation from which a peaceful, fulfilled life is built.

When you begin creating from a place of already feeling enough, every action becomes an unfolding expression of your highest potential, laying the foundation for the best version of your life—one you could already be living. But to create from such a place, you must open yourself to inner work.

The journey from feeling inadequate to recognizing that you are enough takes time, is unpredictable, and requires dedicated self-work. Yet it is also the path that offers the greatest return on investment in your life. Your objective should be to live peacefully and to fulfill your highest potential, rather than to exist as the sum total of beliefs the world has imposed on you. You are meant to be yourself, not a faceless average of your social circle.

At any given moment, you are already your highest potential that is accessible to you in this moment. And that is all that matters. Remove the endless comparing. The sabotaging self-talk. You can, through inner work, increase the volume of potential that is accessible. The limit of potential is endless and free available. But your task is not to judge yourself from what could be, but be peaceful with what the present version of yourself already is.
